Platform Terms of Use

These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) explain how you may use the Timber Rendholt platform. They set out the respective duties and rights of you, as the user, and the platform operator. Review them carefully before accessing the platform, creating an account, or carrying out a transaction. Together, they establish the binding agreement between the parties.

Creating an account, signing in, using platform functions, or otherwise interacting with Timber Rendholt means that you accept these Terms of Use in full. The platform is available only to adults who are at least 18 years old. Minors and people without legal capacity are prohibited from using it. Where a user’s age is uncertain, we may suspend, limit, or remove the account.

Service access may occasionally be affected by technical faults, scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or outages, including issues linked to market volatility, unusually high server demand, or events outside our control. We work to maintain reliable availability but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Platform tools, algorithms, pricing, and available markets may be changed, extended, or withdrawn at any time, without creating a claim against Timber Rendholt.

Materials displayed on the platform—such as written content, graphics, layouts, software, algorithms, trademarks, logos, and AI-generated analysis—are protected by copyright, trademark law, and other intellectual property rights owned by Timber Rendholt or its licensors. Copying, redistributing, publishing, or using these materials commercially without our written permission is prohibited and may lead to civil or criminal enforcement.

You are responsible for submitting information that is accurate, complete, and current, including your identity, contact, and payment details. False, incomplete, or deceptive information can lead to a suspended account, restricted withdrawals, or legal proceedings. Personal data is handled under our privacy policy and applicable Canadian privacy requirements, using appropriate security and transparency measures.

You alone are responsible for every investment or trading decision made through Timber Rendholt, whether entered manually or generated through AI automation, and you accept the associated risks. Timber Rendholt supplies technical tools and infrastructure only; it does not provide individualized financial advice, recommendations, or profit assurances. Markets such as equities and cryptocurrencies can fluctuate sharply and may cause you to lose all invested capital. Historical results are not a promise of future performance. Risk only funds you can afford to lose.

These Terms may be revised or expanded from time to time to reflect regulatory developments, technical changes, or evolving market needs. When appropriate, we will provide notice—normally no less than 14 days beforehand—by email, platform message, or website notice. If you continue using the platform after the revised Terms take effect, you are considered to have accepted them. You may close your account if the changes are material.

We place strong emphasis on clear processes and account security. Our safeguards may include modern encryption, periodic reviews, segregated client-fund arrangements, and rigorous KYC/AML controls designed to support protection and compliance. Activities and transactions are documented in a clear, traceable manner. We aim to work with users fairly and transparently, while treating your confidence as an important priority.
